The company was founded in 2006 by Benjamin Collings and specialises in luxury domestic renovations, internal refurbishments and extensions. The company also provides first-rate and superior tilers and plumbers for high-end construction projects in and around London and the South East.

Fitted Bathrooms
We can help you design your dream bathrooms, shower rooms and wet rooms. We can also move a bathroom within your house and manage the entire project supplying the plumber, tiler, plasterer, electrician and carpenter if required.
Kitchen Renovations
If you’d like to update your kitchen, we have a fantastic team of kitchen fitters, granite/quartz suppliers and plumbers ready to completely renovate this space. We can help you design the new kitchen and provide that extra wow factor.
Loft Conversions
We are able to help guide you through the process of having a loft conversion or extension which can transform your house. BMC Homes are able to offer the full building service to you and provide all the different trades for your project. We offer a very personal service as our company director is onsite for all builds, overseeing and signing off all work.
Tiling
Porcelain, stone, limestone, marble, granite, mosaic, slate, Victorian – we work with all tiles and stone to achieve your perfect finish. We can also supply and fit underfloor heating mats, ditramat, primer and sealant.
